$10,000 to Philanthropic Support
The Scottish Rite Foundation, SJ, USA, Inc. gratefully acknowledges the

Lodge of the Royal Order of Scotland, USA
and its officers and brethren, for their continued support of our philanthropic causes. The
Order made a gift of $10,000 to the foundation and is one

Ill. Tony Krall, 33°, Appointed Deputy in Minnesota
Ill. Tony Krall, 33°, was born in Minneapolis, MN, in 1960 but grew
up in Onalaska, WI. Tony started his
Masonic journey when he joined Joseph
Miller Chapter, Order of DeMolay, in
1972. Tony served DeMolay both as the
Master Councilor of his local chapter
and as an appointed and
elected state officer. He
was awarded the Degree
of Chevalier, the highest
honor for service as an
Since moving to Minnesota, Tony has remained active in DeMolay.
In 1989, he was elected to
Supreme Council, where
he served as one of the 200 leaders that
run DeMolay on a national and international basis. He served as DeMolay International’s Grand Master in 1997–1998,
and served as Minnesota’s Executive Officer for over seven years. He has been
awarded the Legion of Honor for adult
service to DeMolay. In addition, he has
been honored five times with the prestigious DeMolay International Eagle award
for DeMolay service on a national level.
Tony joined Minnehaha Lodge No.
165, being raised as a Master Mason on
January 6, 1987. He served as Worshipful Master of his Lodge in 2008, and continues to be an active participant. He has
served the Grand Lodge of Minnesota
on its Masonic Youth, Leadership, and
Membership Committees and the Minnesota Masonic Foundation.
In 2003, Tony was coroneted a 33°
Inspector General Honorary. He was a
founding member of the
Scottish Rite Childhood
Language Clinic of Minnesota, Inc., and served as
its secretary 2003–2010.
Tony joined Zuhrah Shriners in 1988 and served
as potentate in 2012. He
is a member of all of the
York Rite bodies and the
Red Cross of Constantine. He is also a member
of the Royal Order of Scotland, Allied
Masonic Degrees, CBCS, and numerous
other Masonic bodies.
Brother Krall has been married to his
wife Bev for over thirty-four years. They
have two sons, Andrew and Benjamin
(both members of Minnehaha Lodge No.
165, the Scottish Rite, and the Shrine, as
well as Past State Master Councilors of
Minnesota DeMolay), and two grandsons.
Tony is an attorney, practicing as a partner
with Hanson, Lulic & Krall in Minneapolis in the areas of insurance subrogation
and defense, specializing in arson and
fraud work, as well as complex litigation.
Ill. Richard G. Hoover, 33°,
Appointed Deputy in
Ill. Richard “Rick” G. Hoover, 33°, was born in Williamsport,
Pennsylvania, May 31, 1952. He at-
tended the public schools in the area
and graduated from Williamsport
High School in 1970. He worked
in his father’s construction business
for several years until moving to St.
Petersburg, Florida, in 1977. Rick
returned to Williamsport to marry
his high school sweetheart, Robyn
(Bobby) L. Allen, on December 17,
1983. They have two sons: Richard
A. and J. Ryan, and MW Hoover has
a daughter, Tammie Hartland, from
a previous marriage. Rick and Bobby
enjoy spending time with their three
beautiful granddaughters: Alexis,
Marissa, and Audrey Rose.
Since moving to Florida Bro.
Hoover has been employed in
the pest control industry. He has
worked with several of the largest
firms in the nation in management
with duties including technician
training, customer relation and retention, and management. In 1988
Rick and Bobby incorporated All R’s
Pest Management to give a type of
service prospective customers seek.
